Onboarding Checklist
These checklists list everything to set up before you go live, in the order that works best for your type of business. Pick the one closest to how you work. Each step links to the guide that explains it.

Track your progress in the app
Whautomate has a built-in setup guide that follows the same steps and ticks them off for you.
- In the sidebar, go to Help > Getting Started.
- The guide shows Your focus, the modules you picked when you signed up, and puts those steps first. Click Change to pick different ones.
- Filter the steps by All, Communication, AI Chatbot, Finance or Appointments & Classes.
- Open a step to see what to do, with Read Help Guide and Watch Tutorial links. Steps that Whautomate can detect, such as connecting a channel, show Done automatically. For the others, click Mark as Done when you finish (or Undo).
- The bar at the top shows how far you are, for example 60% Complete (6/10 steps). Steps for modules you did not pick are listed under Explore more.
When you no longer need it, click Dismiss Setup Guide. You can turn it on again from the Help menu.
