Automate Order Reviews & Surveys
Once an order reaches the client, it is the best moment to ask how it went. A review automation sends a WhatsApp message with your review link or a short survey as soon as an order is marked Delivered or Completed, so you collect feedback and public reviews without chasing clients.
Before you start
- An approved WhatsApp message template with your review link or survey button.
- Orders moving to Delivered or Completed. See Orders.
Set up the automation
- Go to Engage > Automations and click Add Rule.
- Filter by Order and click Install Rule on Automate Reviews - Order Completion or Automate Surveys - Order Completion, then edit it to use your template. Or choose Create rule from scratch and continue below.
- Choose the trigger Order Updates.
- Add the condition Order Status is Delivered (or Completed).
- Add the action to send your review or survey WhatsApp template. Use {{order.clientName}} and {{order.number}} to personalise it.
- Save and turn the rule on.
