Integrations

Integrations is where you connect the apps and channels your business already uses. Connect WhatsApp and your social inboxes so every conversation lands in the Team Inbox, add an AI provider to power chatbots, take payments online, sync an online store, or build your own connections with webhooks and the REST API.

Open Integrations​

Go to Settings > Integrations. Each card shows Available or Connected. Click Connect to set one up, or Edit Setup to change one that is already connected.

Only admins can open and change integrations. Most integrations are set up per workspace (location): connect WhatsApp, Instagram and the other channels in each workspace that should use them. API keys and webhooks are the exception: they work across every workspace in your account.

Good to know​

  • Google Meet is connected per team member, not here. The Google Meet card opens your own team member profile on the Calendar Integrations tab. See Google Meet.
  • Shopify and WooCommerce need the Sales add-on. Without it, their cards show a lock.
  • The TikTok card is not shown on accounts hosted in India.
  • Looking for something else? Use Looking for other integrations? at the bottom of the page: enter the Integration name and click Request Integration.
