This guide provides step-by-step instructions on integrating Woo commerce website with Whautomate for automating experiences like Abandoned carts, order updates, COD confirmations and cancellations.

Step 1: Go to Integrations and click Connect on the WooCommerce card.​

Step 2: The WooCommerce Configuration page asks for your WooCommerce Store URL, Consumer Key and Consumer Secret. Create the key and secret in your WordPress admin as follows.​

Step 3: In WordPress, open Settings and click WooCommerce.​

Step 4: Go to Advanced > REST API and click Add key.​

Step 5: Enter a description, choose the user, set Permissions to Read/Write and click Generate API key.​

Step 6: Copy the Consumer key and Consumer secret.​

Step 7: Paste your store URL, the Consumer Key and the Consumer Secret on the WooCommerce Configuration page and click Save.​

Step 10: Place a Test Order

Place a test order on your WooCommerce store to verify that the shipping address and phone number are now mandatory during checkout.
