Forms
Forms & Flows is where you build the forms your clients fill in. There are two kinds: web forms, opened from a link in any browser, and WhatsApp Flow forms, filled in inside WhatsApp. Both can create or update client records, tag clients, keep uploaded files and start automations. Open them from Engage > Forms & Flows in the main menu.
