# Client Forms

## How to create new Client Forms

#### Step 1: Press the Form menu in the left side

#### Step 2: Click  the Add new form button as shown in the picture

#### Step 3:If you  do not have any form then press the Go to settings button

#### Step 4: Click the Add new form button to create new form&#x20;

#### Step 5: Please the fill the required details

#### Step 6:After filling  the Details please  ensure that you have entered the required details&#x20;

#### Step 7: Press save  button&#x20;

## How to Send Client forms

#### step 1: Please Go to form  Page&#x20;

#### Step 2:Click the Add new form​ as shown in the picture

#### Step 3:Search the Form Template you want and Press the  Save button

#### Step 4: Click the Send button&#x20;

## How to View Completed Form

#### Step1:Go to Form Page

#### Step 2: Select the three dot button  and click the view button
