Step 1: Go to the Whautomate app and select the Settings option in the main menu.
Step 2: Under the Templates card, select the Forms option.
Step 3: To create a new form, click the + Add New Form button.
Step 4: When you select the payments category. A list of form templates is available. You can choose based on your preferences or select "Create form from scratch" to create a new form.
Step 5: Enter the form name, description, and header media. You can also select the type of form, whether it is public, private, or anonymous. We can collect client information like Email, Date of Birth, Emergency Contact, etc which is updated automatically in the client profile.
Step 6: If you are going to create a set of questions to be answered by the client, enter the Section Title and click Add Question to create your custom-type questions. If not, click the "Remove Section" button to remove the section from the form.
Step 7: Click the "Add payment section" to add payment-related details.
Note: Only one payment section is allowed per form. You can add multiple price fields to offer users various payment options.
Step 8: Click the "Add price field" option to create a price field. There are two types of fields Fixed Amount and Customer Decide Amount.
Step 9: In the Fixed Amount option, you can define a default amount to collect from the customer. In the Customer Decide Amount option, the customer can enter their amount. You can specify the minimum, maximum, and recommended amounts by clicking the Settings icon in the Customer Decide Amount field.
Step 10: Once you review all the sections, click Save and Preview, and a preview will be displayed.
Step 11: Enter the required details and click Next.
Step 12: Select the amount to be paid and click the Submit button. It will redirect to the payment page.
Step 13: Select the preferred payment methods and click the Pay Now button.
In Whautomate, you can integrate Razorpay, Stripe, and MyFatoorah as payment gateway to collect payments. In this example, the Razorpay payment gateway is connected.
