# Setup Whatsapp Flow Class Booking Chatbot

**Step 1:** Go to the **Communication** menu

**Step 2:** Select the **Automations** menu

**Step 3:** Click the **Add Rule** button

**Step 4:** Select the “**Flow Based Class Booking Chatbot V2(WhatsApp)**” and Click the **Install Rule** button

**Note:** If you have previously installed a bot, the install button will not appear. To install a new one on the channel, you’ll need to delete the existing bot rules. Only one chatbot template can be installed per channel at a time.

**Step 5:** Once it is installed, it will be listed under the **WhatsApp** icon.

## How to Bulk Delete Chatbot Rules

**Step 1:** Select the channel for which you want to delete the chatbot rule. For example, I have selected the **WhatsApp**

**Step 2:** Click on the **Bulk selection checkbox** option

**Step 3:** Under the **Actions**, select **Delete selected Rules**
