You can check your WhatsApp Quality Rating and Messaging Limits on the **Whautomate app** if your WhatsApp number is connected to the platform, or through **Meta Business Settings** or **WhatsApp Manager.** Follow the steps below to access this information:

## 1. Check via the Whautomate App

### **Team Inbox**

1. Open the **Whautomate app** and navigate to the **Team Inbox** menu under the **Communications** section.
2. Tap the displayed WhatsApp info to access:
   * **Phone Number**
   * **WhatsApp Verified Business Name**
   * **Connection Status**
   * **Quality Rating**
   * **Messaging Limits**

### **Broadcasts**

1. Go to the **Broadcasts** menu in the **Whautomate app** under the **Communications** section.
2. Tap the WhatsApp info displayed to access your WhatsApp account details.

1. Navigate to the **Integrations** menu in the Whautomate app.
2. Select the WhatsApp **"Edit Setup"** button.

1. Open **Meta Business Settings**: [business.facebook.com/settings](https://business.facebook.com/settings).
