# How to Check My WhatsApp Quality Rating and Messaging Limits?

Learn how to check your WhatsApp message sending limit quickly and easily. Stay informed about your account’s messaging capacity to ensure seamless communication with your customers.

You can check your WhatsApp Quality Rating and Messaging Limits on the **Whautomate app** if your WhatsApp number is connected to the platform, or through **Meta Business Settings** or **WhatsApp Manager.** Follow the steps below to access this information:

## 1. Check via the Whautomate App

### **Team Inbox**

1. Open the **Whautomate app** and navigate to the **Team Inbox** menu under the **Communications** section.
2. Tap the displayed WhatsApp info to access:
   * **Phone Number**
   * **WhatsApp Verified Business Name**
   * **Connection Status**
   * **Quality Rating**
   * **Messaging Limits**

### **Broadcasts**

1. Go to the **Broadcasts** menu in the **Whautomate app** under the **Communications** section.
2. Tap the WhatsApp info displayed to access your WhatsApp account details.

### **Integrations**

1. Navigate to the **Integrations** menu in the Whautomate app.
2. Select the WhatsApp **"Edit Setup"** button.

## **2.  Check via Meta Business Settings**

1. Open **Meta Business Settings**: [business.facebook.com/settings](https://business.facebook.com/settings).
2. Select your business account.
3. Under the **Accounts** section, click **WhatsApp Accounts**.
4. Select your WhatsApp account and click the **"WhatsApp Manager"** button.

## **3. Check via WhatsApp Manager**

1. Open **WhatsApp Manager** directly: [business.facebook.com/latest/whatsapp\_manager](https://business.facebook.com/latest/whatsapp_manager).
2. In the **Phone Numbers** menu under **Account Tools**, select your WhatsApp number.
3. View details such as:
   * **Connection Status**
   * **Quality Rating**
