You can check your WhatsApp Quality Rating and Messaging Limits on the Whautomate app if your WhatsApp number is connected to the platform, or through Meta Business Settings or WhatsApp Manager. Follow the steps below to access this information:
1. Check via the Whautomate App
Team Inbox
Open the Whautomate app and navigate to the Team Inbox menu under the Communications section.
Tap the displayed WhatsApp info to access:
Phone Number
WhatsApp Verified Business Name
Connection Status
Quality Rating
Messaging Limits

Broadcasts
Go to the Broadcasts menu in the Whautomate app under the Communications section.
Tap the WhatsApp info displayed to access your WhatsApp account details.

Integrations
Navigate to the Integrations menu in the Whautomate app.
Select the WhatsApp "Edit Setup" button.

Tap the WhatsApp info displayed to access your WhatsApp account details.

2. Check via Meta Business Settings
Open Meta Business Settings: business.facebook.com/settings.
Select your business account.
Under the Accounts section, click WhatsApp Accounts.
Select your WhatsApp account and click the "WhatsApp Manager" button.

3. Check via WhatsApp Manager
Open WhatsApp Manager directly: business.facebook.com/latest/whatsapp_manager.
In the Phone Numbers menu under Account Tools, select your WhatsApp number.
