Setup Appointment Chatbot

This guide covers the installation of our Appointment chatbot using Whautomate templates.

How to Setup Appointment Chatbot

Step 1: please select the communication menu

Step 2: Press the Automation menu

Step 3: Please select the Add Rule button in the corner

step 4: Press the Install role as shown in the picture

step 5: Please note that only one chatbot template can be installed at a time per channel. You can simply delete all the previously installed rules under a channel to install a new chatbot template.

Step 6: If you want to Install another chatbot delete the previously existing chat bot rules as shown in the picture
