Book Appointments - Admin
This guide covers steps to book appointments within Whautomate platform as an admin.
How to Book Appointments in Whautomate
Step 1: Go to the Whautomate app and click the Appointment menu as shown in the picture👇
Step 2: Click the Add new list and select the Appointment option
Step 3:Enter the Client name who wants the appointment
Note: If you do not have the client details then you can create new client by clicking the create new client button
Then Enter the Client name and Contact numbers in their respective places ass as shown in the picture👇
Step 4:Choose the Staffs for the Client
Step 5: Enter the ServiceType that client wants in the appointment
If you want to give add on click the Add ons Button as shown in the picture👇
Then select the Add on you want to add as shown in the picture👇
Step 6: Enter the Appointment type
Step 7: Please choose the Appointment Date based on the client requirements
Step 8: Select the Start Time based on the Availability of the Staffs from the Choices given
If you Want to add one more Time Slots then click the Add Another Time Slot button and do the same procedure as mentioned above
Step 9: If you want to add some notes to the appointment then you can write it in the below mentioned area👇
Step 10: After filling the details click the Save button as shown in the picture👇
How to Edit the appointment in whautomate
Step 1:Go to Whautomate app and select the Appointment menu
Step 2:Click the Appointment which you want to edit
Step 3: Click the Actions list and Select the Edit option
Step 4:After Editing the Appointment please click the Save button to save the changes
How to Cancel the Appointment in Whautomate
Step 1: Go to Whautomate app and click the Appointment menu
Step 2: Select the Appointment you want to Cancel
Step 3: Click the Actions List and choose the Cancel option
Step 4:Press the Confirm button to cancel the Appointment
