Setup Whatsapp Flow Appointment Chatbot

Easily schedule appointments within WhatsApp chat. A seamless form integrates into your conversation, allowing for organized and interactive booking directly in the chat window.

Step 1: Go to the Communication menu

Step 2: Select the Automations menu

Step 3: Click the Add Rule button

Step 4: Select the “Flow Based Appointment Chatbot V2 (WhatsApp)” and Click the Install Rule button

Note: If you have previously installed a bot, the install button will not appear. To install a new one on the channel, you’ll need to delete the existing bot rules. Only one chatbot template can be installed per channel at a time.

Step 5: Once it is installed, it will be listed under the WhatsApp icon

How to Bulk Delete Chatbot Rules

Step 1: Select the channel for which you want to delete the chatbot rule. For example, I have selected the WhatsApp

Step 2: Click on the Bulk selection checkbox option

Step 3: Under the Actions, select Delete selected Rules
