Step 1: Go to the Whautomate app, Select the "Finance" menu option, and Click the "Statements" menu option in the Templates section to continue. 👇
Step 2: Select the + Add New Statement button.
Step 3: On this page, search and select the client for whom you want to create an invoice statement. Then, choose the Statement Date, Statement Start and End Date, and click the "Preview Statement" button to generate the statement.
Step 4: After generating the statement, you have three options to save it:
Click the Save option to store the statement.
Click the Save and Send option to send the statement via WhatsApp, Email, and SMS.
Click the Save and Print option to print the statement.
