# Upgrade Subscription

## 1. Upgrade Your Whautomate Plan After Trial Ends

If you're currently on a 7-day free trial or if your trial has already ended, follow these steps to upgrade your Whautomate subscription:

1. **Access the Whautomate Platform**

* Log in to your Whautomate account.

2. **Locate the Upgrade Option**

* Scroll down the left-side menu and click the **"Upgrade Now!"** button.
* Alternatively, go to **Settings**, and under the **General** section, select **"Manage Subscription"** to proceed.

3. **Select a Plan**

* Browse through the available Whautomate plans.
* Choose your preferred plan and click the **"Checkout"** button.

4. **Proceed to Checkout**

* On the next screen, click the **"Proceed To Checkout"** button to continue.

5. **Update Information and Payment**

* Enter or update your business information as required.

* Click the **"Pay & Subscribe"** button to complete your subscription upgrade.

Once you've completed these steps, your subscription will be upgraded, and you'll gain access to all the features of your chosen plan. If you encounter any issues, feel free to contact Whautomate support for assistance.

## 2. Upgrade or Downgrade Your Whautomate Subscription

If you're currently on the Eg. **Plus plan** or any other subscription tier and wish to **upgrade** or **downgrade** your plan, follow the steps below to manage your Whautomate subscription easily:

**1. Log in to the Whautomate Platform**\
Start by logging into your Whautomate account using your credentials.

**2. Navigate to Subscription Settings**

* Click on the **Settings** menu in the sidebar.
* Under the **General** section, select **Manage Subscription**

**3. Access Account Management**\
Within the **Manage Subscription** screen, click on the **Manage Account** button.

**4. View and Select Your Plan**\
Now you can see the pop-up screen displaying your subscription management details. Click your subscription plan, it will redirect you to the Subscription Details screen.

5. Within the subscription details section, click the **"Edit Subscription"** option to upgrade or downgrade your subscription.

**6. Review Subscription Information**\
Here, you can view details about your current plan, including any add-ons or billing information.

* Click the **Change** option next to your current plan to browse available plans.

**7. Select Your New Plan**\
Choose the subscription tier that best fits your business requirements (e.g., I have upgraded from the Scale plan to the Supreme plan), then follow the on-screen prompts to confirm your selection.

**8. Pick Your Billing Cycle**\
Decide whether you’d like to be billed **Monthly** or **Yearly**, then click **Update** to apply and finalize your changes.

**9. Finalize and Apply the Changes**\
After clicking the **Update** button, you’ll be redirected back to the **Edit Subscription Details** screen.\
Click **Update Subscription** to confirm your changes. Once done, close the pop-up screen.

Please note: It may take a few minutes for your subscription update to reflect in your account.

If you are currently on an active plan, whether you **upgrade** or **downgrade**, **prorated charges** will apply based on the remaining days of your billing cycle.
