# Whautomate Add-ons
This guide will walk you through the process of purchasing and utilizing these add-ons to optimize your Whautomate account.

Only the Owner and Administrator have the authority to access the billing settings and purchase the Whautomate Add-ons for the business.

## **Additional Location**
When using Whautomate, your plan includes a single location. You can purchase additional locations to expand and improve operations for businesses with multiple branches.
1. Log in to your Whautomate account using your credentials.
2. Once logged in, navigate to the **"Settings"** menu option, and Click the **"Manage Subscription"** option in the General section to continue. 👇
3. Select the **"Purchase Addons!"** button to continue.
4. Now you can see the pop-up screen displaying your subscription details. Click the **" Add Addons"** button, it will redirect you to the Add Addons screen.
5. Select the **Additional Location** option and Click the **Add** button to continue.
6. Now your additional location is ready to purchase. Click the **"Update Subscription"** button to complete the purchase.

The price is displayed as a single location price on the pop-up screen. If you need more locations, select the **Qty** option to increase the number of locations, then click the **"Update Subscription"** button.

7. After Updating your subscription, please click the "**Close**" option to save your changes. 👇
8. Now, please verify the number of locations available in the Manage Subscription screen. Note that it may take a few minutes to update the subscription. 👇

## Additional Clients | Contacts
When using Whautomate, your plan includes a certain number of Clients and Contacts. To expand capacity, you can purchase "Additional Clients | Contacts" add-ons, offering packs with an extra capacity of 2500 clients and 2500 contacts for storage and automation in your Whautomate account.
1. Once logged in, navigate to the **"Settings"** menu option, and Click the **"Manage Subscription"** option in the General section to continue.
2. (or) Scroll down in the menu section and click the **"Purchase Addons"** button to continue.
3. Select the **"Purchase Addons!"** button to continue.
4. Now you can see the pop-up screen displaying your subscription details. Click the **"Add Addons"** button, it will redirect you to the Add Addons screen.
5. Select the **2500** **Additional Clients & Contacts** option and Click the **Add** button to continue.
6. Now your **2500** **Additional Clients & Contacts** pack is ready to purchase. Click the **"Update Subscription"** button to complete the purchase.
