Use the same login for the mobile app that you used during the new signup.

Step 5: Test our chatbot

Bots only work on the conversations which are under closed Status. When a conversation is replied by an Agent, it is automatically moved to Open Status and the bots stop working until the Agent closes the conversation.

  • You should see the chatbot working

  • Now, Send a Team Inbox message from the Whautomate Mobile App as a Customer Service Agent
